Hope Norris is ok
Ok it's official, Patrick Kane has been linked in trade talks to all 32 teams, including the Hawks.
Yikes.. losing Norris for an extended time would be a huge blow for the Sens. Looks like the Chychryn saga will go on for awhile yet. CBJ need some blueline help big time, and would not surprise me if they make a bold move for Chychryn once he's healthy, and has played at least 10 games. Canucks look like they're in a fog or something. Maybe they're not aware that the season has started. Things don't turn around soon, Rutherford will not hesitate to make a trade or trades.
The Devils have Damon Severson for Columbus and Vancouver, and their need for a right Dman. With Nemec already signed, there's no way the Devils can resign him for what he most likely wants. So trade him.

pittsburgh has no prospects. how are they getting kane? i can see zucker being the salary, but they'll also have to cough up pickering, a 1st, and poulin, at least. and poulin is pretty much an average prospect at this point, but what else do they even have?
