I don’t see a leader on offense. The only tough guy is Naj. Pickens is a rookie. Somebody has to step up and lead – and I don’t see it offense. We have Cam and Minka and TJ on D.

Tomlin has no excuse. He is hearing this from all sides and reading it on the score board. He knows what is up. He needs to make the move
Why is it the Steelers are always last to the party in realizing what there doing isn’t working it’s not like we didn’t know Canada sucked last year but then you double down on this guy knowing he’s going to be your franchise qbs coordinator setting him and the team up for failure it’s all on Tomlin hiring needs to be taken from him he’s proved he can’t hire for shit wake up Rooney’s
I figured it out… Tomlin is pulling the strings on offense. He can’t fire Canada if Canada is doing what he’s told. THATS IT! Remember we blamed Kieth Butler for the defensive problems only to find out that Tomlin was actually calling the shots… We are once again missing the forest for the trees. Tomlin is EXTREMELY conservative. He lives in his fears. He plays it safe. He can do that because he has no fear of loosing his job. His goal every season is to be 500 hundred or better. No one demands him to do better. That’s all we hang our hats on anymore. When was the last time anyone in Pittsburgh demanded “Super Bowl or bust. You know why… because we know deep down that every year we convince ourselves that we are only a couple of years away. Year after, year, after year. If you want to crown them- then crown them! The Steelers are who they say they are!
So let's get this straight…under Tomlin it's been" Bruce Arians has to go " and' Todd Haley has to go" and'Randy Finchman has to go "and "Matt Canada has to go "..starting to see a pattern here and the one common denominator is Mike Tomlin but yet he's untouchable and made of Teflon…wow must be nice to not only drive the bus but to throw everyone under it. When you don’t run the ball effectively the defense can play soft coverage. Really running the ball with the RB and QB would keep the other defense honest and should open up the passing game
If your gonna go 3 and out anyway, you might as well chuck it down field rather than run run, underneath get a penalty and stall out lol
Listen as bad as I want Canada gone, I just don't think u can do it mid-season. The play calling isn't the root of the problem, the play design in! The whole scheme is just very limited and doesn't put t pressure on defenses. Forget all this premoting from within crap because u will get more of the same. After the season go out and make a pitch for one.. It the cardinals for some reason move on from Kingsbury, I say go after him for OC.
Mike Tomlin must have a blind fold on when he looks Matt Canada's way. I do not understand how this guy is still employed by any NFL team let alone my steelers. Mike Tomlin need to stop the love affair and do what's right by the team. With him being so involved with the offense (as he says) he should have no problem calling plays.
So if we are saying it is Tomlin's philosophy to avoid the middle of the field, will changing OC actually achieve anything?!

I go back to the Mason Cole interview at the beginning of the year when he referred to Matt Canada as 'Canada'. Not Matt, not Coach C, not Coach Canada… It was like he was talking about a coach from an opponent. No respect and completely distanced. It was clear Canada wasn't one of the boys.
When a Head Coach hires a "friend" it's hard to fire them, that's why you don't hire "friends" to work for you!!!!
