2:50 A lot of luck? WTF are you talking about…Seth Jones at #4 almost a decade ago? I'd rather have acquired Aleksander Barkov…I recall being disappointed about it then. This franchise has struggled to draft forwards since it traded up to get David Legwand at #2 in its inaugural draft. Those forwards we did draft…Hartnell, Radulov, and you can add Fiala to that list, are the exceptions that went on to have their best years for other teams. Otherwise, I suppose decent, heart-filled players like Hörnqvist and Arvidsson qualify. That's all I can think of after 22 years as a STH and seeing the team evolve from the Sergei Krivokrasovs and Cliff Ronnings to Filip Forsberg. I'm sure the kid's got potential, but by no means am I looking at Kemell as the second coming to this franchise. Time will surely tell…but I'd wager "meh" more than "wow", especially when I'm eventually complaining about how injury prone he'll likely be.
