I agree with Steve's view points 💯. They need to make some serious changes. Honestly I would start from the top down. Start with DUBAS and work down. We really that change if we're going to make a serious difference. Is Mark Hunter available for GM position here?
Sandin had one MAYBE two bad games and now every single one is terrible he’s legit been so good when not on his off side and even then he’s doing extremely well considering the circumstances I know we’re upset at this team but goddamn stop making up complaints

Time for change was 1 second after Game 7 ended, when Dubas, Shanahan should have been escorted out of the building and Tavares should have been told we will no longer need his services.

Need to Make Changes. ASAP.
They rushed the rebuild its that simple. They signed a star free agent in the second year of the “rebuild”. A rebuild means drafting well. Which the leafs haven’t done. They’ve hit on a few guys with first and second rounders. But there’s no goalie or defence prospects of the future. You can’t just keep going all in by draining your picks and prospects. The leafs should’ve drafted a dman better than Reilly by now. Where’s the Anthony Cirelli type who can carry the defensive load? Or the Erik Cernak type who can block shots and eat minutes. It’s not that hard to see what Toronto has done wrong.
The time to make changes was already some time ago. It begins with management and trickles down to the players. The DNA of the core is flawed and that falls squarely on the shoulders of the management. If drastic changes aren't made now, nobody should watch or support them, no matter how hardcore of a fan they are.
On the Kallgren point, this is on management. They KNEW all along that Murray is a massive injury risk. Absolutely massive. So, you HAVE to expect Kallgren to be your back-up, at the very least, for portions of the season. The guy struggles to hit 90%. He is not an NHL goalie, and yet, they felt comfortable enough with him basically being the back-up.
