weirdly, i think Merkley has a similar projection to Ozzy in this sense. crazy possession player who doesn't have the instincts or raw talent to play offense at an NHL level. i think both could be serviceable defensive/possession players, but both need some serious coaching for that to happen
Sounds like you're finding your voice in these videos which is cool! I'm a huge sharks fan, and this is the first time in years that there are several prospects that I'm interested in keeping an eye on, and these videos give me a great reference to get ready for season. Damn dude. Just one short of 100 subs already. Took my 96 days to get there, feels like your channel isn't nearly that old.
Also I will say that I really didn't like the Weisblatt pick at the time. I wasn't that into scouting yet, but I thought there were far better players available, namely JJ Peterka. Still pissed they passed on him twice. Weisblatt's development so far hasn't made me change my mind about the pick.

That's kind of where I see Ozzy in the future as well. Here is hoping we are both wrong and he just clicks at the next level. Really looking forward to the Eklund evaluation as the only thing missing from that roster of forwards is the top-end talent/ superstar. Also congrats on 100 subs, you deserve them with the hard work you have put into these videos.
