Thx for today's episode. I also thought the Kings weren't terrible but maybe they were kind of tired as they had some miscues that implied their rhythm or timing was affected by some fatigue. I wondet if they can make the playoffs if their goalies don't significantly improve?
One step forward, one step back. A theme that continues to perplex many including myself. Eddie doesn’t really think it’s Tmac’s system that may have flaws. He may be right but this team just can’t get any consistency. Perhaps it’s just the players mental lapses, but I’d like a person that played hockey at a high level to tell me if a coaches system can be so complicated that the players never really master it? Why can’t all cylinders ever seem to fire at the same time even when we win ? I think Tmac is a great coach and an even better person BTW, it’s just the system I’m bringing into question.
Hello
Do you know why the LA kings has absolutely no pre or post game videos? I’ve checked their official website and can only find old ones.
Halfway through the game a friend commented that they looked like they walked from St. Louis to Dallas. Yep, that was pretty much spot on as they had no jump and were two-steps behind Dallas' players for 60-minutes. Coming off the dominating performance the night before, this is why most Kings fans are so perplexed and frustrated… will the real LA Kings please stand up.
I agree that it would be far better for Clarke to stay up and get the year's experience, even if he only dresses for 50 or 60 games… He'll be that much further along come next year if he does. Between him, Durzi, Edler and Walker you should be able to swap one in for another and still keep them all fresh playing 50-60 games each. Durzi, like most of them – including Doughty, gets in trouble when he tries to do way too much.
