Here's my trade proposal:
To Edmonton: Jacob Chychrun 4.6 mil cap hit
To Arizona:
Tyson Barrie 4.5 mil cap hit

Trade works for both teams, Edmonton gets rid of Barrie for better defending. And Arizona gets a offensive defense man as well as a draft pick because that's what they want!
The TEAM wins. The TEAM Loses. Yes, players contribute to both BUT it's a TEAM sport. Darnell Nurse isn't on the ice for 60+ minutes a game. No player is. Dave Manson is the D coach. He's the one that directs that side. Darnell does his best to implement his role and coverage and help out in the event there is a lapse in his partner or by another player BUT he's one man. Holding Darnell Nurse responsible for the actions of others is irrational. It's not just the time Darnell Nurse is on the ice it's the competition he's facing when he's on the ice. I was at the New Jersey game, Nurse-Ceci was the only pair that didn't make egregious plays the entire game. Kulak-Bouchard and Niemelainen-Barrie looked awful. They were the biggest problem on the ice from what I could tell
