Thank God they're going back to the royal blue jerseys! If I never see those gawd-awful orange things again, it'll be too soon.
And as far as I'm concerned, they can put those equally gawd-awful orange-on-blue things and the ridiculous looking oil drop rags in the dumpster as well.
The Oilers are lucky to have one of the most iconic, recognizable and timeless jersey sets in the game so bring back the classic originals and leave the rest in the rag bags where they belong!

Giroux is just another salary cap albatross. He will be 35 years old next season. This is not what the Oilers need.

Well….no on the goalie straight up….on G…he is good on face offs but im just not sold on what else he has left for the salary…on Jessi…I would make a reasonable offer, no more, and see what he does…if he goes to arb. then trade…if he could only find his tenacious alpha side.

JP was given multiple opportunities to succeed in an OILERS uniform!!! He just lacks the finish it takes to be successful in the top 6 .It didn’t help that he has no aggression to speak of he would not even stand up for himself in the scrum’s!!!! He’s a big body that plays small 😩

Keith is our onlyD guy who knows how to land a laser pass! He's expensive but if they can reduce his pay he's worth keeping around!!
5×5 for Campbell is very risky.
Lets hope we still get something from a Tys trade. Maybe the PJ replacement? I think Desharnias can be an excellent 6th paring or 7th shutdown D-man. With his size and toughness, he's the type of defenseman the Oilers need. Personally I don't mind signing Giroux to a 4 year 5m dollar deal, but I also hope Kane comes back. a 5×5 signing for Campbell sounds much better. I hope Keith retires and we resign rusty. I honestly believe Kris Russell is more effective on the ice than Keith is. More blocked shots and he always makes the most of his small size to defend. He is the perfect 7th D-man. Still very disappointed that Dustin Schwartz is back.

I'm a younger Oilers fan and I still remember the 2010s in royal blue jerseys 🥴 Hopefully the Oilers will perform better in them this year. I love the McFarlane tear drop logo. Don't really get why they're so hated by Oiler fans
