Huge game of confidence. Boeser Petey.. Garland. Hope Martin springboard. Knowing his backup can come in will help. Worst goaltending I have seen in 10 years. Canucks outscored Montreal 7 to 2 after the goalie change.
As a Canuck fan this was good, as a hockey fan the game was cringe worthy. But it does show the boys are dangerous. And can light it up. Like a high octane suped up car with no brakes. Can win as long as you don't crash. Defense? Or was this just a game that went to Bizzaro World. Back to the 80's.
Studnicka is a stud in goal-scoring celebration. Hope he is not just an Adam Gaudette, who could not stick around. He looks good though!

9 times out of 10, you're not coming back from a 4-0 deficit. As entertaining as the game may have been, this is no way to play hockey. (Maybe beer league?). Anyway, my take is, Canucks are basically a .500 team, more or less. And almost a third of the way thru the season, they still haven't hit .500. Yeah, they're only 2 points out of the last wild card spot, but there are 3 teams ahead of them. Ok, still lots of hockey to play, but will someone pleeeez teach these guys how to play D? Even a 20 to 30 percent improvement in that regard would be helpful.
