  1. In the Eichel part you said he was drafted in 2014 but he was drafted in 2015. Mistakes happen bro I just thought I'd let you know

  2. Lol Lindros refusing to play for the Nordiques was the best thing that happened in Avalanche franchise history.

  3. Besides Eric Lindros refusing to play for Quebec when they picked him 1st overall.
The exact same happened in the NBA during the 1999 NBA draft, Steve Francis the highly touted player coming out of College also said he refuses to play for the Vancouver Grizzlies if they picked him 1st overall just days before the NBA draft and the Vancouver Grizzlies picked him 1st overall anyways on draft day and from that day forward he sat out for as long as he wanted to until finally he was dealt to the Houston Rockets in a package deal.
Lastly things like this happen across other pro sports besides the Eric Lindros fiasco refusing to play for Quebec.

  4. Eichel didn’t refuse—the team refused to grant him the medical freedom to have the procedure he wanted…let’s get that right!
    👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  5. I wish people would stop blaming Eichel. Management wouldnt let him get his preferred surgery.

  6. How could Lindros have possibly won a Cup with Quebec/Colorado seeing as many of the key parts of that team's Cup winning teams came from Philadelphia for Lindros.

  7. It seems to me that the Canucks management hasent changed much since the Bure day's something is still wrong there!!!

  8. Nordiques received 2st round picks in the Lindros trade. One of the players drafted this way was Jocelyn Thibault, the player they gave for Patrick Roy.

  9. Lindros ending up on the Colorado Avalanche Team would never have happened. WHY? Because the Players that Quebec traded for him constituted the BACKBONE of that Team. Lindros was the Linch Pin. If he had stayed and played for the Nordiques, he would have been on a Lack Luster Team and been traded away anyways somehwere else. Ergo, that Stanley Cup Team wouldn't have happened if not for the TRADE.

  10. If I was a player and Boston drafted me I wouldn't even walk up on stage! I'd stand up like I'm going to and then I'd walk to the exit…

  11. If your going to talk hockey, pronounce the best award in hockey correctly.

HOBBY???? it's Ho bai baker award

  12. Gotta love pretentious assholes who demand who they won't play for instead of being greatful to just play
