I don’t think the Rangers are giving up Othmann. I think they think too highly of him. I think it should be Kane to the Rangers and they give back a 2nd round pick kravtsov and a decent prospect

Kane, Toews and Conner Murphy to Buffalo for Matthew Savoie…No. 1 picks in 2023 & 2024…and their 2023 2nd Rounder (from Philly)….Toews can still win a faceoff and kill penalties and would take some pressure off Kane home coming…Murphy is much needed physical veteran and he's signed thru 2026 at 4.4 mil….Both teams have the cap space to pull it off.
Kane to Buffalo?
Kane 50% retained for Schneider and a 1st in 23. Rangers are stacked at RD and hawks have a lot of great LHD men coming up but only 2 pretty good RHD. They would have to get a 3rd team involved to retain more salary but I think that’s a fair deal.
