This type of play is not going to cut it, gotta play defense.
The missed hooking that gave the break away to Buffalo was the reason for the loss. We took that game over in the third.
I was at the game. It was crazy after the first. Stamkos starting with the absolute rip was phenomenal, but every time Buffalo had an answer, it was very frustrating. When our defense was on it, they were on it, but there were alot of breakdowns the sabres capitalized on. It wasn't a strong showing for vasy either, but at least we got a point out of it. That missed call at the end there was phenomenal though. All in all, entertaining, but not what you want to see. Go Bolts!
Edit: AND I got to see Dave Mishkin on the way out too. What a night.
