    The people who have questioned Erik on Jack's line are the Mets/Yankees fans who kind of watch hockey..

    With Gallant calling them out and with the extra day off, I expect the Rags to come out flying tonight. The Devils have to match that intensity and hopefully continue to get their speed game going.

    I also expect Zibanejad to migrate over to the wing on the PP to unleash that dangerous one-timer. The Devils need to be aware of that and need to stop taking penalties unless there's no other choice. Don't keep playing with fire.

    Forget about the Oilers PP, it's one of the best in league history and is unrivaled but if you watch other teams like the Stars or the Bruins operate on the PP, I'm insanely jealous how easy they make it all look.

    It'd be nice if the Devils could get a goal or two on the man-advantage, it's gonna be tough to advance in this series let alone the playoffs with a lifeless PP.

    I am looking at alot of things this playoff and one main one is who remains on the team. I want Wood off this team, it's time. He can't play an intelligent power forward game. Also for some reason he lost his identity and that hit he took back in January should have woke him up. I will never get over trading Nikita Okhotyuk and the only reason I can live with SHAKIR gone is you have to give up something but …..I know this I said drafting Holtz was a mistake, huge. Not thrilled Fabian is gone either but that goes into having players with that type of role already. So we move on from Wood and bring up Nathan Foote, it's his time now to graduate.

    gotta stop them in the neutral zone like they did 3rd period the other night, crash the net gain Nico's almost goal is the kinda plays we gotta do more of

    The Elephant in the room and not talked about is how ineffective Palat has been. Lindy keeps hoping while he adds nothing to JH and Haula

    Glad you always big up Hischier. Like how the hell is he still going under the radar? People don't know hockey, I swear.

    Timo does just fine. Great intensity and he gets his shots. They'll fall sooner or later. Lindy needs to stop shuffling the lines so they can get some chemistry. Shesterkin played really good as well in all games so far.

    Schmid always had 2-3 great games and then a really bad stinker. Let's hope he learned from it.
