1. Great stuff as always, i honestly think game 4 was ours and we just lost it, they didnt beat us. Anyways, i still believe we can win at home and game 7 full send it. Great podcast as always, keep it up boyz! 🤪

  2. They can do anything. Like play dirty firs…I mean hit first. They can do anything..like not kill penalties or score PP goals.

  3. I can give up. Boldy scared on contact/cherry picker. Gustav Nyquist zero defense. Hartman is slow. 3 of your top 6 have huge weaknesses

  4. The Wild seem mentally soft. Once we lost game 4 I knew this was going to be 6 game series like last year. Conceding game two seems even more idiotic by playing flower. It's the dead cap, its the lack of leadership from Kirill, and it's bad coaching by Dean. We're good enough to give hope, but not enough to win a series.

  5. Solid insight, pro podcast guys. I think this comes down to coaching doesn’t it guys? the consistency is not there, the offensive system is not there, and the adjustments are not there..

  6. Suter is playing the Wild for fools. His cheapshotting of 97 is completely effective. Only way it's going to change for 97 is that he is going to have to fight Suter. Or someone else on the Wild is gonna have to go after Suter and beat him.

  7. Heiskenin is shutting down Kaprizov plain and simple suter is not really doing anything…

  8. Grit first means you are willing to whatever it takes and they quit 2 mins in to the game with plenty of time to claw back.

  9. It was Dean's job to get his team back on track mentally after the first goal and of course he did nothing because he left it to players "that are saying the right things" while they do all the wrong things. He spent the whole game crying like a baby to the refs and not doing anything to get his team going.

  10. They seriously need to be more disciplined, and if they arnt. Then learn to kill penalties, or score on the PP chances. Blaming the refs is pathetic, they’re just playing bad

  11. Gritty series? The Wild have been outplayed 4 of 5 games, and two of those were massive failures. The Wild have been outplayed and outcoached.

  12. I think it also has to come down to coaching too, Pete deboar has kept a calm demeanor even when pavs went down. But dean has just been complaining non stop about this and that, like it doesn’t matter now. You have to be calm, be angry, and rally the team. Which he’s bad at obviously, this is why the wild will be golfing soon. As they should be

  13. I’m a huge stars fan, but you guys absolutely rock and explain everything very well.

  14. I'm a stars fan. I hear alot of the wild fans and players and coaches talking about dallas diving or embellishing and not getting fair calls but wasn't Minnesota the most penalized team in the league this year? Maybe the wild are un disciplined or is every team in the league diving against you guys? Genuinely curios on your perspective

  15. Stars fan here- great job reviewing the series and staying tame towards the whole ref bias and just talking hockey. Really enjoyed watching yalls video.

  16. Stupid players that need to go and fire this idiot coach. You have a great playoff player sitting why did they ever trade with Detroit to get him if he's sitting behind Steel. Marcus needs to sit he is playing terrible and stupid. First line looks terrible and Boldy looks like a inexperienced rookie!

  17. Giving you a subscribe because you’re objective and insightful. Here’s my take as a day one Stars fan:
Wild have been threading the needle on late hits.
Dumba’s shoulder caught Pavelski under the chin. It should have been an ejection.
There have been several missed calls both ways. I wish the refs weren’t a factor.
Wild got some very fortunate bounces in game three.
Seguin came alive after the Foligno ejection.
Y’all live and die by the forecheck.
Foligno shouldn’t be flapping his gums about the refs and try to cheap shot the following night. At least Reaves will bang someone that sees it coming.
Gus is a beast, keep him.
Zuccarello has been your best player.

  18. Grit first. That includes not panicking, Wild fans have something to learn, the fan base seems soft. I came to Wild cuz of some kids I watched during junior.

  19. Sell off anyone who isn't in the three year plan and let's work towards the future. I'm sick of being mediocre.

  20. Maybe Moose should have learned from his mistakes in game 4 and not push the boundaries knowing that the refs will call anything.

  21. As a Stars fan I see the Wild shooting themselves in the foot over and over in the series. The Wild have have made themselves public enemy #1 with the refs yet continue to go out there and play undisciplined. I don't think Evason or Faligno are doing the Wild any favors in that regard. I think the Wild were the better team in game 4 and Otter just stole it. Game 5, Dallas plays better but the Wild just looked deflated after Faligno goes out. I expect to see a much closer game back in MIN but if the Wild continue to play undisciplined they will lose this series.

  22. Idk the series is just void to me now with the foligno ejection. According to the rules it should've been 2 min minor. Get rid of one of our best players and no wonder they lost momentum

  23. You can't go MAF. If you somehow win game 6, they'll want to go MAF in game 7. And I don't think he's good enough to win one with him, much less 2

  24. The refs definitely seem bias but I also think they are trying to tame the league down by calling these penalties. Either way it's BS. I was physical hockey and fair refs.

  25. Look all the Wild need ta do is stay da fuk out the BOX!!! They must play Discipline Hockey. Period…nothing else. 5 on 5.. But unfortunately I don't see it happening. It seems the Bigger the Game..the more they play weak.

  26. If Wild go up by one, let Kirill turn around suckerpunch Suter right in the face! Cold cock that cancer!

  27. If Evanson starts Fleury and loses he shouldn't have a job come next season. I say that even as a Stars fan who would love to see Fleury go again. I personally would have even started him for game 2 with just how well Gus has been playing. I could see some small line changes for game 6. Maybe try Kaprizov and Boldy together for a few shifts to see if it gives them more opportunity and space. I do agree with not tinkering too much though at this point and just having a little faith in what got you here. This series is rough for me as I am a diehard Stars fan growing up here but have always had a love for the Wild as well after playing juniors up there in the early times shortly after the start of the franchise. It really has been about which team forces the other to play their style every game and I feel game 6 will be no different. Without Fleury just being completely off in Game 2 I feel this could be a very different conversation. Also, yes refs have been awful but both the Dumba hit and the Foligno hit were called correctly. I don't really see the refs, as bad as they have been, being that much of a game-changer. For every bad call they have made they have had a bad missed called in each direction. The difference here is simply the 6 ranked team in most penalties is playing the 6th ranked team in least penalties. It's the Wild's style, get back to killing penalties even at a mildly decent rate and the series could turn. Sorry for the long post and have enjoyed the content.
