The abuse is mainly Mental abuse I have given you 52 years of my life to change you say you have changed and it will be different this time only to end up right back where we started. I can't do this anymore it is time we part ways. This will be hard but it is for the best I will just watch other hockey teams because I love hockey. Maybe some day you will finally win the cup but for me I'm done I can't keep doing this year after year anymore. I lived through the Ballard years of the 70s and 80s then it got a little better in the 90s but it bottomed out again in the 2010s. I thought things would change with the management team that came in and the high draft picks but nope it is still the same old same old. From a nutrael this is one of the best playoff Games i ever watched. Everybody make small mistakes but this game could go both wayes. Bobrovsky showed why he is high paied. Bob save on matthews when he comes out and save with his shoulder, stunning save.
This series has been very frustrating. The Leafs seem to be falling back into some bad habits, while at the same time carrying play and coming close multiple times. Add on great performances from Bobrovsky and its a sour cocktail. Feels like the series is over, although these playoffs have been weird, series isnt over till its over.

I would have loved a TO Oilers final but TO is not looking that good for long stretches at a time and when they do press they can't finish. Some puck luck and a bounce or two wouldn't hurt.
They just spent way too much money on Matthews, Marner and Tavares and then Covid hit and froze the cap forcing them to move guys like Hyman and preventing them from addressing their D and G positions effectively.
Honestly after this game I did think to myself, maybe give Woll next game? Bit of a hot take, and I don't think it will happen. Sammy has been good yes, but also has looked shaky from time to time. What do you guys think?
