| New York Post Sports

I love how the players blame Gallant when they're just as much to blame for having zero heart in game 7
    Buncha entitled pansies

  2. The Rangers did with their head coach what the Yankees have to do with their GM and manager, simple as that.

  3. Bet I can find ton's of articles and social media post's praising the shit out of this guy 50 weeks ago. Players need to take a lot of this blame and so should Drury for trading for a name that apparently had a serious enough injury.

  4. G I wonder why we haven’t won since 94 stupid move but it’s msg cry babies. The team will get better regardless but ideologically speaking the msg organization as a whole is morally bankrupt have way more dollars then sense that for sure.

  5. I don't think it was gallent fault .. How are you going to win.. When your top scorer has 1 point in 7 games plus the kid line didn't have the impact they did last playoffs .. it not his fault

  6. The team was fractured and GG couldn't fix it 😢 the team look confused at times and never ready all season when games would start. Having a great goalie tho makes up for it and makes the team think they are better than they are.

  7. When the Rangers went to the conference final last year, GG had nothing to do with that. Suddenly he is the reason why they lost the series against the Devils this year.

  8. This for me was a whole season issue he. At times made some decision that I did not understand one kid line why break them up 2 use of backup goalie 3 games in this was not a coach I want to start with honestly

  9. We need a much smarter coach then Gallant. He basically mixes things up to see what happens – instead of taking a strategic, thoughtful, and disciplined approach. All season long he was saying it was about the two points. That's nonsense. It's about getting your team ready to play at the top of its game by the time the playoffs start. I'm glad Gallant is gone.

  10. Bye Bye Gallant, thanks for blowing those 2 series after you led 2-0, dude had no clue in the Devils series and last years run was fools gold. I was calling for his firing after game 5, so you know how good this news makes me feel.

  11. The problem is the core make all the players accountable for this years disappointing finish play fundamental hockey or we move you elsewhere that’s it

  12. I’m not saying Gallant absolutely had to stay on as HC but what does a guy got to do to keep his job? The guy took us to the ECF and then back to the playoffs. I’m disgusted at games 4,5 & 7 but at what point do the players need to be held accountable. Gallant can’t get out there and score himself.
