You know, I’m happy for Chicago fans. I wanted Anaheim or Detroit to get him Anaheim for the young talent already there, and Detroit became they have been starved of the 1st overall pick for over 10 years, despite being the worst team multiple times.

NHL draft lottery is a joke and has been for years. I am not even talking about the fact that the team that "won" the lottery should have never even had the pick to begin with. The league couldn't even care enough to get all the GMs in the same room at the same time??? Bettman should be ashamed of what the league has turned into under his watch. Can we just admit that he has failed the sport? Since Bettman took over in 1993 we have had 3 lockouts (not strikes) that add to almost 2 full seasons, ESPN bailed and he took us to Outdoor Life Network?!?!?!?!
