Jack Eichel was the Sabres’ attempt at turning us into a snobby trendy hockey team and it didn’t work. Why? Because Buffalo is all about small town grit, defense, and stability. We are an old school hockey team and we will never be anything else. Ask Lindy Ruff, that’s exactly what he would say. We’re doing better without Eichel. You can tell he still isn’t satisfied even being on a team that is a playoff contender. He is a total snob and an ingrate and I’m glad he’s gone and has the audacity to smear us even after we outplay his team all game. Thompson is better than Eichel. It takes a good team, not just one good player. 💪⚔️
Alex Tuch – EVERYTHING that Jack Eichel wasn't. Tuch and Krebs are great additions so far and we still have a 1st rounder and a 2nd rounder yet to be picked. Thanks Vegas!
I made a sign for the eichel return that said “test eichel” because I wanted the team to put the pressure on him and someone mentioned why does your sign say testicle and I looked at it and thought you know what that describes him best, he’s a testeichel

For clarity… Sabres won the game 3-1 Eichel didn’t get one point while the two players the Sabres acquired in his trade both scored. Let’s go buffalo
