The Leafs lost this series because they're not playoff built, entirely.. in fact I feel like the Ottawa Senators are more playoff built with more playoff built type players with physicality and all than the Maple leaves but the Maple Leafs are just more talented overall thus they're record from the season they need more Ryan O'Reilly's.. or Matthew Tkachuk, Tom Wilson, Tyler Bertuzzi type guys.. they don't have enough grimmey with sand paper players.. and dare I may even say, I honestly believe that Ryan O'Reilly ( the ONLY player on that roster that qualifies of those characteristics) was the low-key x Factor why they even won the Tampa series tbh.. you take him away then I believe Tampa wins and six..
But Leaf fans you see what happens when you add grit and sandpaper to your team??.. you get better results.. your GM needs to get with it. Do your talent is there but you don't have enough and I said this last year as a Red Wings fan.. and you know we've seen some winners throughout our years.. we know what a Stanley cup winner looks like at least.. no offense.. just sayin..
Also for the record Morgan Riley is a breast.. he also made me the closest thing you have to those characteristics like O'Reilly.. build around those guys..
