Keep Gruden, Poehling, Puustinen, Smith, and O'Connor. Let the rest walk.
Smith, Puustinen, Gruden, and DOC of the RFAs I'd keep. Give DOC a SOLID look playing on the second and/or third lines to see if he continues to develop his game. Zucker would be number one priority of the UFAs, would not be opposed to a 5 for 5 deal for him, then Dumo at a major pay cut. Archie for maybe 1.5-2 mil, he played his role to a T this past season and wouldn't mind that energy back in the bottom 6. As for Jarry…reduced rate(money and contract length), move him to the backup role, maybe that will take some of the pressure off and he can have a bounce back year.
