    LTIR Muzzin or move him… buyout Murray or Move him.. After that it's about roster decisions. guys like Brodie/Jarnkrok are two players you could move to bring in different types of players and free up 7.3M there.. Then of course Move Nylander for Draft capital/prospects.. maybe get a lesser roster player back in the deal but someone that can still contribute as a top 6 or get a high end prospect in the deal that isn't better today but can as good one day but a different type of player.

    Brad has all summer to get under the league’s salary cap. In the regular season, he can from time to time dress fewer players or place someone on temporary LTIR or even play a few Marlies.

    Trade Nylander, Cap problems solved, and you automatically gain courage. I think Tree did a good considering what Dumass left him with. Buyin out Murray will cost $mill, and trading him? Good Luck. Under NO circumstances do you offer up a draft pick to dump more salary. Been done twice already.. For Samsonov sign for whatever cap space is left($1.5) then Bonus up until you get to the number needed, because bonuses don’t come into effect until Next Season.

    According to Tree Living, ROR loved all the players, the team, the staff, the atmosphere, blah blah blah" but still wouldn't re-sign. Who are you believing here – facts or Tree Living. Obviously ROR is not going to badmouth his mates publicly, but we know the real reason. It's that Auston and Mitch run the team and Dubas and Keefe let them up until now. And ROR wasn't impressed. Lame duck coach gets extended and Auston and Mitch will both get NHL record-breaking deals – you heard the truth here first!

    It’s foolish to sign samsonov. He gave up lot of bad goals against Tampa. Jo woll is the best option. His rebound control is great. Nylander might be the one we keep but not for 10mil. They need to stop over paying. 8.5 is good and give him 8 years
