I'd hoped to stay for the last bit but as I couldn't, I thought I would mention the livestream was good, with some good commentary about the Petey contract situation. It'll be interesting to find out whether he will or won't re-sign with the Canucks' team that drafted him.

No, I expected this. The team has sucked for years and he doesn't want to commit long term right now and wants to see if they make any progress forward this year and if he has another year like last he can get paid even more. If we do as bad as last year he'll probably want out next summer tho and ask for a trade and that would be fair as playing for a loser every year would be draining.
