It'll take em 4+ years to at least be playoff contenders. And 6+ to be cup contender another oilers situation just rearanged in order of what pieces they've gotten.

Everyone is thinking the blue jackets will do better than they did last year and I agree but no one is talking about the Blackhawks remember they just got Taylor Hall he won so many awards just a few years ago and then Nick Foligno yeah his contract sucks and so does Corey Perry but they both were getting a lot of minutes in Boston and Tampa not as much as the first line players but they do exactly what you would want a guy in there late thirties and then of course Connor Bedard don't think I'm gonna leave him out he is a generational talent and I'm pretty sure that Bedard did better than the other Connor in the year that they were about to be drafted
