  1. Great episode. I liked Kerfoot because he didn't take bad penalties and he was dangerous with the puck.

  2. I believe Willy will sign 8 years 9.55 a season just my thought KC and Mark yet another good podcast. Very happy to see your subscribers numbers go up.
Now Kc you mentioned your going on vacation have fun best safe brother the big question is Mark will you continue on without KC well hes away

  3. I have never been so excited for hockey 2 start up! I got a new TML cruiser fat tire bike with dual disc brakes & leafs leather jacket, leafs bandana, leafs hoodies… I am ready!!! I have an XL oarnge camo leafs hoody! leafs joggers… I can dress n style! 🙂
great show & content I subscribed a few weeks ago when 4% were! lol if your talking leafs…, I got the time…..:) if your talking trash about the leafs better hope I don't find U…..!

  4. Nylander is a joke. He cherry picked all series against Florida. He refuses to add defence to his game in any aspect. Doesn't break the zone and never got the puck after his dump and chase. We don't need Nylander at all we need wilson or Crouse and a defenceman!

  5. Between Nylander’s playoff track record and the addition of Bertuzzi with what he did last playoffs w Boston, the leafs should definitely see some improvement this year. If the other members of the core can step up a little more along with what Knies will bring to the table over a full season, we should hopefully see a deep playoff run 🙏 – Jimmy Chum

  6. You guys Scotians? Glad there's a Leaf fan base in the East coast. I'm in Ottawa and half this town are Leaf fans and it pisses off the whiny Sens fans 😂

  7. Apologies to Nylander fans, but the problem with the Leafs in the view of many, is too many players of the same temperament at the top. I'm inclined to agree. Bill has unreal skill when he's 'on' & is dialled in offensively. The downside is, he doesn't play meaningful D & when he doesn't have the puck, or is in his D-zone, he's frankly a liability. He is the only 'core 4' guy who is moveable, so by default, he's the one top forward the Leafs could live without.

I went back & looked at playoff stats starting in '21 vs Montreal. He & Matthews both have 25 pts in 26 post-season games. Marner has 26 pts. A point per game in the post-season is considered to be elite production. The difference (NHL statistics) is Bill has only 12 hits, 8 blocks & is -1. Matthews has 89 hits, 40 blocks & is a +4. Matthews is a 200 foot centre, who plays solid D. If the Leafs could move Nylander for a top 4 D-man with bite & a high draft pick, I'd do it. I like Bill a lot, but not at 10.5M aav, his alleged ask. I think letting him walk for nothing is a mistake, although depending on how the season is unfolding, maybe it's the best move, then try to sign him as a UFA.

  8. Matthews took a 10.5% raise. Is Nylander going to do the same? Nylander isnt worth $9m.

  9. Is it really the end of the world playing out the season, going for the cup? We can sign someone in FA to fill the needs/cap.

  10. Good video. I too like the direction that Treliving is taking the team and I too believe that if continued, it could do wonders for this team. We just need a bit more size and grit on the blue line.
