I was one of the many fans that voted for the "Freeway Faceoff" since the criteria they had back then was that it had to be hockey and local related. Got a nice hat out of it too! As for the "Gibson to [Insert Random NHL team here]", that's been a thing the past 3 off-seasons now (yes, I'm counting this one too!) and in all 3 off-seasons, Gibson and/or his agent has shot them down with authority. I will believe it when I see it and until then, Gibson is a goaltender for the Anaheim Ducks.

Besides what ever prospects they have, how about later years 1st round picks instead(for seasons where they would draft top 10).
At this point the gibby trade rumors are getting annoying. Just trade him.

Honestly let him go to the kings, give him his fighting chance next year. The kings are gunna have a better squad than us like it or not so if he goes to the Kings least can get the playoff run he deserves with a pretty solid group. Theres no point in us hurting him holding him back and hurting ourselves trying to keep him when we dont even need a goalie that good right now, we aren't making the playoffs this next year no matter what so focusing on development should be there focus not hoarding expensive guys we dont need this next year anyway.
