    Nylander should demand 10 mill. Why should he take less when the rest don't? He's better than Tavares who gets payed 11 mill. And he's just slightly behind Marner in the regular season while always being better than Marner in the postseason, and again Marner makes 11 mill. Nylander should demand at least 10 mill or else sign elsewhere.

    Trade Nylander and then it doesn't matter what he makes. He was the Leafs worst forward in the playoffs last year despite being heavily sheltered. Move him for the D the team badly needs.

    The facts are that he deserves at least 9 to 10 million a year. The Leafs cannot afford to pay him that and still have a well-rounded team. Move him while he is hot and get the best return we can. Hopefully in the form of a top-four defenseman under or around five million😊
