Just check the comments which are something like this: "Your videos are of great value!👀" or "It's simply magnificent, thank you!💖". They're just spam bots for porn sites. Just report them. Not that Youtube does anything until after three years but if enough people report them, maybe they'll do something in two. Usually they have a two part name as well.
