    The expectations are way too high on these upcoming rookies to become Super stars based on their talents and skills, the management of any league should let them grow and take on whatever wisdom comes their way. I would say the first 5 years with an entry-level contract is the most critical and crucial. I hope I made some sense out of this.

    Loved Klinger in Dallas, but when he demanded 8 million a year the stars said NO, but the Sharks took the bait. What were the leafs thinking? Johns hip has ended his days as a player. But he doesn't have to depend on social security like 99.9% of us regular dummies.

    LTIR?? Sucking is not an injury. It seems the Leafs are using LTIR to bury their mistakes. I wish the league would clamp down on misusing LTIR. Wasn't Matt Murray good to go at the end of last season?
