I readed a trade rumor today that leafs send 1st round pick in 2025 to habs for D Arber Xhekaj can play both sides and 824K for this year and RFA at end of season and is a hometown boy and is waivers exempt so he can go down without go through waivers and the leafs send Conner Timmins and TJ Borde and Ty Volt and 3rd round pick in 2024 that was Islanders pick and 5th round pick in 2024 that was Canucks and 4th round pick in 2025 to sharks for Mario Ferraro at 50% cap hit and Jan Rutta at 25% cap hit if true or not we will see?

I totally agree with your take on this David Perron situation—I've always like Perron because of his history with the Blues, BUT, I was shocked by his actions, truly shocked, and he obviously needs to be suspended at least 5 games. Praying Dylan Larkin has a full recovery from this incident, and that it doesn't led to any additional adverse actions from any of these players in the future. Kuzmenko isn't the same player this year. He has been ineffective all season and most of the time when he has the puck it ends up going back the other way.
He was a free acquisition I'd be open to trading him for a legit top 4 RHD no older than 28 years old

Re: Larkin incident: Matthieu Joseph's contact with Larkin was not intentional to hurt him. It was unfortunate but Larkin got caught between the two players & went down. Perron is totally liable for his vicious attack on Zub and should be suspended 4-5 or more games.
Re: Kraken: they are in total free fall. Tough going and I think they've lost 7 straight…ouch!!!

It's easy for "armchair quarterbacks" to pile on Perron when you have the advantage of instant replay and slow motion. In the heat of the moment, however, you see your captain laying motionless after a collision, and you're looking to even the score. It was too aggressive and, unfortunately, with the wrong guy. Perron is not a dirty player. He's just as human as Joseph, who was also playing in the moment. Most of us who were at the game and saw the incident in real time and seeing the result would've done the same as Perron. If you don't like that truth, we'll see how you feel when it's your guy lying motionless on the ice.

Agree with Holiday, both guys cross checked Larks. When players slash, cross check ,high stick the penalty should be higher than 2 minutes. Keep yout stick on the ice!!
