Oilers d’Edmonton : QUELLE EST CETTE ÉQUIPE ?

#EdmontonOilers #Oilers #NewJerseyDevils #NHL

  1. We need Kane to pick it up some, he’s got only 3pts and is -5 in his last 10. I’ll cut Kane some slack tho with his team leading 109 hits which doubles anyone on the team.

  2. we need stability in all games not just here and there then even some losses would be ok but to loose 2 win 1 loose 2 win 1 its hard as a fan to get there mind around there team .
but saying that nice to see other oiler players get goals as well its what we need no jut 4 player scoring goals but half the team .and having a goalie with good confidence defense that helping goalie and a team not slacking

  3. We need get behind this team and be positive not so critical. There a good team it’s our year don’t worry be happy

  4. Agree with you that this single game was a microcosm of the Oilers entire season thus far. Up down up down… Thanks for your efforts on making this channel!

  5. Reality is it’s two non-playoff teams who are struggling with defense. Try playing this type of game vs NYR and we’ll be schooled.

  6. Oh yeah, baby!!! The Oilers are on a 1 game winning streak. Watch out NHL, the Oilers are gonna shoot to the top of the division and perhaps end up first overall!!!

Oilers score first and score early in the first period. McLeod from Sam Gagner, 24 seconds, 3rd line scoring. Oilers scored second 5 minutes later Nuge from Ekholm and McDavid. The Devils scored 3 in a row to take the lead, first from Mercer (assist McLeod) (I think Pickard should have had that one), second to Siegenthaler (assists to Nemec and McLeod) (I don't think Pickard even saw this one) first of the year for Siegenthaler, third to Meier (assist to Mercer who scored the first goal) (this one a lot of bodies and a rebound wasn't caught). After that it's like the Oilers woke up for the 3rd period after napping in the 2nd (and late 1st). McDavid from Ekholm (2 primary assists for him) and Nuge at 1:40, 42 seconds later Leon, unassisted, 27 seconds later Erne with an assist by Gagner (2 assists on the night for him) then, just to point out to his 2 point brother (2 assists on the night) Ryan McLeod scores an unassisted goal at 9:04 (so about 6 1/2 minutes later) for his second GOAL on the night. That's got to go over well at Christmas dinner. Oilers shut the door from there. So just for the highlights, McLeod with 2 for the 3rd line and Erne with 1 on the 4th line is 1/2 the Oilers scoring from DEPTH. All of it was 5 on 5, no power plays. The Oilers didn't give up a penalty AT ALL in this game and New Jersey only gave up 2 (and killed both so Oilers PP not scoring). There were two goals that I think Pickard had a good chance of stopping that he didn't but we won by a score of 6 to 3 so it's the 2 points that count. Take care all.

  8. How nice was it to see McLeod and ernie stepping up? Did you see how fast the Oilers defense was moving? Wow!

  9. They’re going to get smoked by the rangers tonight! Skinner is going to let in a few softies as usual and my guess is 5-2 NY

  10. They better sit Brown again & let Ernie take his spot. Adam goes in dirty dangerous places where goals are scored. Brown does not. Probably because he’s damaged goods & is 1 injury away from being a permanent AHL player. Ernie is capable of being a permanent NHL player if he keeps contributing.

  11. Just a few nights ago you where smashing you're fist and screaming and now you praising them?, man oiler fans never cease to amazed me 😂

  12. Recently, on 6:30 Ched, Luke Gazdic shared his thoughts in comparison on the Oilers and Kings. He said he doesn't have to watch the Kings games at any time the Kings get a win. He can just analyze how the Kings got the the win because they are very predictable. They play their structure on nightly basis, whereas the Oilers are the complete opposite- unpredictable.

I thought that was very well said and accurate by Gazdic
