I love Montreal a lot but it didn’t help how annoying it was that the refs were helping Montreal so much this game. Constantly turning a blind eye to obvious penalties committed by Montreal but calling softies on the Canes. Also a penalty on Drury that they ignored despite it being an obvious penalty shot.

Montreal Canadiens RW Cole Caufield is struggling mightily right riow. He couldn't hit the ground with his hat. Huge snake bite. We thought Cole would score 50 goals like Richer did in 1988 and 1990 both in a Montreal jersey. Last year he scored 26 goals and was on a 46 goal pace. This year he has 8 goals in 34 games and is on pace for 19 goals.
Barron needs some time in Laval, It seems that the Habs play worse against bad goaltenders. Next it's a back to back series against the Cats at the Amerant Bank Arena tomorrow, then on Saturday at Amaile Arena against the Bolts for the final two matches of the year.
