Definitely need stronger goaltending, but also stronger D. Bad coverage on ga #1 and Jonas's flubbed pass on #3 were avoidable mistakes. V had a decent game. Not great, but made some good saves and gave them a chance to win. Happy they got the W, it wasn't pretty, but style points don't matter in their position rn. We'll see if a trade goes down or not, I'm glad Daws got a call-up regardless.
Nico Daws put decent numbers in a season where we were bad in general, I liked him, the thing he's not ready 100% so a 3 goalies tandem would be interesting.

The Devils are battling through adversity, if they make the playoffs this may be a good thing. Teams sometimes flop big in the playoffs when they have a great smooth regular season (Boston last season for exapmple). Glad to see Timo heating up as well.

I think rolling three goaltenders might make sense. Some other teams have found success doing that.
I still think defensive mistakes need to be minimized for any goaltender to be successful.
What a roller coaster game that was ! My sanity wouldn’t have survived another loss to an underdog ( Sharks and Ducks stole four valuable points from us ) . I hope this is a beginning of something special .
What a crazy season. No way we could have predicted Luke and Simon being slotted into top 4 pairings. Akira sent down to AHL. Devils very likely to make a move for a true #1 goalie. Maybe Gibson?

I notcied when we got rid of severson we stopped scoring on ourselves hahahha….but lets be real….we need a stronger d man kevin bhal is big but thats it he cant fight scared to hit…even dougie before he got hurt no one one this team likes to fight or be scrappy….we needed zadorov if we get tanev that will be great as for goaltending all our goalies are young like the rest of the team….like lindy said about timo he gets more time on ice he scores….everyone relax we will be fine…IF THE INJURY BUG STAYS AWAY

We need a new coach. It is the coaches job to get the team ready to play from the puck drop. The team was lucky to get the win, the teams passes were terrible, defense played sloppy and we barely beat a terrible team. Fitz needs to make a coach change.
