    I look at the NBA for extended playoffs and I cant help but feel its worse. You get these bottom 4 teams who are all kinda garbage and you get maybe 1 extra game while a team like the Lakers have been dog crap all year but in 1 game Lebron can wake up to stomp some scrappy hard playing team only to then go against a contending team and fail miserably. I'd rather my mediocre team through skill or luck work all year and get that 8th spot and be rewarded with a whole series atleast. I feel like the extended playoffs just make the regular season mean even less because if you're in the middle/bottom of the pack you can just mail it in and save yourself for the playoffs

    I love a good fight …not with 5 mins left when you are up by only 1…It sparked the Rangers and almost cost the Leafs the game.

    Kyper is bang on when he says players need to use the stick for protection. I watch a lot of minor hockey and notice that the kids who play lacrosse don't get hurt or pushed around as much as those who don't play.

    Funniest thing from the Rangers game was in the first when Rempe was trying to forecheck Willy and Willy just skated circles around him and he fell cause he can’t skate. I don’t think Rempe will be around long. He can’t do the hockey part.
