It will be interesting. We still have a couple of players in the AHL that they could bring up. Unless they can work a deal for somebody that helps us on the top line flipping kakko and maybe a draft pick however they’re honestly honestly isn’t anybody available that I believe is really worth that much out there right now that I’ve heard about. it would be one thing if there was a target that we really thought would put us over the top but they really isn’t … the best player available. I don’t think even wants to go to the Rangers is Hannifin I still would make that deal. He opens up the offense from the back end. Like I said, I don’t even think he wants to be a ranger at the end of the day. We need to go after players that want to be on this team and that make this team better I’m not sold, but anybody out there exist at this point in time. Honestly, even if they do nothing I really like the direction this team is heading. They are playing good hockey Ranger fans notoriously can be some of the worst crybabies, but the truth is this team has had an excellent year. There really isn’t that many problems not that some people would make you to believe. With a salary cap every team is going to have holes somewhere in their lineup. It’s been a great season up to this point no reason to think it won’t continue and no reason not to be patient for the future.
I’m ready to trade Kakko he sucks. Been waiting for him to step up for three years and it hasn’t happened. If we want a cup package him in a bigger deal for effective players
I love this time of the year when legitimate cup contending teams make big trades to improve their chances to win the cup. Then there are teams (avalanche) that continually see other teams make big moves and they make small insignificant trades for old broke down players. They will probably trade for Henrique….old, slow, best years way behind him.
Why not Oliver Bjorkstrand – he has term and is a good RW
