  1. It blows my mind that we are in 2024 and there still are not cameras and other sensors in the posts to detect if the puck fully crossed the line.

  2. I know the puck has to completely cross the goal line to be a goal but this one the puck bounced and only hit ice inside the line even tho it didn’t completely cross the line. I feel like that should be a goal even tho it’s not a goal.

  3. I don't care what anyone says, this podcast was something special. They should get back together

  4. He should train with Kreider over the offseason. Kreider is a bigger guy who, if I remember correctly, basically decided one summer he was going to become such an explosive skater, Torts would have no choice but to play him. I remember the footage of him jumping out of a swimming pool with water, chest high. He stood out as an explosive skater on a team with Gaborik and Hagel. There's no way Rempe spends an offseason shadowing Kreider and doesn't show up to camp two steps faster. He already moves well for a big guy, but Tage Thompson is the prototype for what a big guy can achieve with a little added explosiveness. Reach, plus time and space = hard to handle. In my observation, the biggest hurdle for big guys is putting in the work to become explosive athletes. Size alone gets them a spot in junior. With todays training and nutrition, there's no reason a big guy can't be a good skater. Rant over. Leafs fan, BTW 😂.

  5. "After league initiated review". Ref reall making sure the crowd knows it wasn't his call 😂
