@Canucks de Vancouver

Thoughts on Gally getting muscled to the ground using his face early in the first, way behind the play? I was livid.. So many damn non calls it was ridiculous.

  2. RHP looked rough in place of Roy. Come back soon bbg our top 9 is now literal garbage. That top line though is masterful and makes every game worth watching (until they leave the ice lol)

  3. Ghule still wearing the eye sensitive visor.. he's not going to drop.

Vancouver are despicable for all those head shots.

But what I saw is a Cup winning team.

  4. The refereeing in that game was absolutely disgusting. If you want the referees to start reffing games properly you need to start fkn with their money. Missed call deduction in your paycheck. Bs call deduction in your paycheck.

  5. Im in Vancouver and was considering going to the game last night. Glad i didn't haha

  6. Let's be fair, there should have been a few calls made in Montreal's favor, but we weren't winning this game ha ha

  7. Guhle in particular has been getting manhandled since the last road trip. He is still playing well but he has beed getting the crap kicked out of him.

It was a hard game to stay up and watch.

  8. The Interference call on Guhle pushing #9 into the net.. But Weeger pushes Slaf and Slaf gets a goalie interference. #MAKEITMAKESENSE. 0 consistency in the refs.

  9. Look at some of Slaf's other stats… he has 122 hits on the season. He is learning to use his body, barely over 1 season in

  10. 2 pretty big production blunders last night. RDS missed the first goal because they took a commercial break when it wasn't even a commercial, and second the goal horn blew for a second after the Habs goal lol

  11. Nothing surprising MTL is a small soft team.Poor positional play means less transitional hockey and we don't have any shooters besides Cole who tends to line up low % angles so there are lot's of failed shot attempts. Then we have the problem of not getting bodies in front of the net most of the time our players are perimeter players.

  12. Honestly we havent had a canucks team throw hits like this all season since…well ever. Its a nice change of pace.

  13. Sir Junkie!! Another great episode!…. Now on the Slafkovsky subject… Hear me out here. Count me as being one of the doubters. Only now is he putting up numbers befitting a #1 overall.

Of all the number #1 overalls going all the way back 26 years Slafkovsky was the weakest. Over his first 111 games even Nail Yacopov has him beat in terms of production.

This said—- He is showing signs of coming around. He is 20 in just a few days. I think he will be a good to very good player if his late season surge continues.

I believe in Meritocracy and his elevation onto the #1 line had nothing to do with merit and even what he did before the NHL. The Habs have been carrying him and it APPEARS that it is paying off. ( have faith in KENT HUGE )

    So lets see this continue

From where I sit I would have prefered not burning his ELC. Pay him later and have him develop in the AHL, OHL. Have him dominate those leagues.

To compete you NEED players playing on their ELC when you are the edge of being competive.

But if KENT HUGE turns a very very mediocre MINOR career into what Slafkovsky is """"LOOKING""" like becoming then KUDOS

what do i know… a hot dog eating fan

  14. Look at the comments below. Geez, if they win the crowd screams that they are killing the chance at a top five pick. If they lose they are to soft and not going anywhere. Ret**ds.

  15. I didn't watch Habs game so far this years on TV. However I watch the highlights.

I have been preaching this for years if not a decade that is great to have talent players or future prospects but if they don't have players that can protect them like Guhle last night, they will have a very short career in the NHL. Montreal currently has Wi-Fi (The Sheriff) but he had both shoulder issues so he has to take it easy on the numbers of fights he can do.

Actually Martin St-louis told him to control better his temper and that he didn't have to drop the gloves every time like he did last year. However he is the only one that can bring respect on the ice. Nobody else can't. Pezzeta is a light weight and Struble seems to do nothing when sometime you have to drop the gloves.

So I do hope that Hughes and Gorton are aware of this big lack and they will get aa couple of players that can play hockey but also bring respect and dignity to Montreal because Wi-Fi can't do it everything alone.

  16. I dunno, Vancouver better hope they finish first overall in the West, because the leader of the division that's gonna end in second place is gonna face the Nashville Predators… who have a truckload of momentum right now.

  17. Another great video ,love your stuff Junkie….Montreal gotta get a little ,scratch that,a lot tougher .They remind me of the Maple Leafs but without the talent….They haven't hardly won a game since they traded Monahan ,lousy move in my opinion.

  18. I love you hockey junkie and watch all your vids, you got me on the Xhekaj train.

I’m a Canucks fan and iv waited for this game especially just for your video.❤

I do have to say the Canadiens have a young and talented team and they have some great years ahead of them thats forsure.

  19. oh man I was at the game yesterday and it was brutal to watch . Pretty much all habs fans knew that the canucks would win . but no one cared , we just wanted a good show , couple goals and effort . And than You realized you paid to watch the first line trying and Young players and D core but watching couple guys like Anderson just cruising by and being tired not even able to shoot once at the net. 17 shot on goal total . Our D core has some speed and they will progress but our offence is way to slow , Canucks defense were laughing . Desmith made couple good saves to eliminate any hope . anyway , there was some canucks fan that were not happy with their team in stands after the first . the shots were 12-5 with a 2-0 lead .. when you are spoiled you just always want more …..

  20. I really wish X had just tuned up Garland for fun lol. Dude gets penalties for just existing it seems
