Just curious, if Rempe doesn’t answer the bell tn for any reason do you think there is a chance that anyone on the Devs will look for an intentional injury on any of the Rags as a payback? Especially if the Devs playoffs are low? Like to make sure someone is injured for playoffs let’s say. Hopefully a gg overall tho.
There are two players on the Devils capable of dropping the gloves and not making a fool of themselves. They are Smith and MacDermid. Please no line brawl, or any other Devils players fight, besides the two mentioned above. 😂

Nothing can go right this season so I figure either the Rags will scratch Rempe to avoid the drama, or we'll decide for some reason Kermit can't go and just get run all evening
I actually disagree, not fighting after a CLEAN hit is perfectly acceptable.
However this wasn’t that case, there’ll be a fight tonight as there ought to be.
I hope the fight happens early on or at a sudden point so the refs can’t stop it like last time

Spot on analysis. Rempe behaved like a punk last month, which probably got him scratched for the past few games after the suspension. However, he can start to redeem himself during tonight's game by fighting and not injuring another player. For me, the wave was more reprehensible than anything else he did.
Rangers fan, and I hope that they get to have the scrap that is deserved. I also agree that it was a punk move for waving as he's sent off the ice. The flying elbow was absolutely an illegal hit and was rightly penalized. I disagree with the take that the Bastien hit was dirty, Rempe didn't lift his arm or elbow, and no penalty or supplemental discipline was issued by the refs or the league.
if the clown show isnt in the line up. rags fans will look back at this game and think frick losing Bread or fox really killed us in the playoffs. I am totally on board with a devils players getting a sussy. Thats if rempe isnt in the line up. if he is in the line up and doesnt want to fight, that would be even worse outcome for the rags.
If Rempe tries ignoring him again MacDermid just needs to grab him and give him no choice. Big whoop if he takes an instigator, it's a two minute penalty, I think the Devils can manage a 2 minute penalty kill. Honestly though I do think this fight is gonna happen. It'll probably happen first shift they're on the ice together just to get it over with.

Last night Smith was trying to start something against the Pens. Given he's been playing like a bum recently the dude should just have his last hoorah laying some dirty hit into Rempe and wailing on him lol that's honestly what I'd love to see. Mac can properly beat Rempe's ass but Smith just suicide bombing him since he's good for nothing else would be hilarious.
Rempe will run. Macdermid will end up fighting Trouba. If that doesn’t happen Macdermid will take a stars head off.
What I hope happens is Macdermid ignores Rempe like Rempe did to Macdermid.
Would be ideal for Macdermid to hurt a star on the rangers for pay back and send them short a star going into playoffs.
If I had to take some bets tho, I’d say devils don’t do shit cause they are a bunch of softies. If green gives Macdermid some ice time maybe we see something. Otherwise our devils team is a bunch of cowards just like Rempe.
I don’t think this fight is happening. This alone however is not enough to get me to watch. I just can’t get over the Ottawa (was at that game), Buffalo and Pittsburgh losses. Too disgusted. I’ll watch your commentary tomorrow morning. Always Let’s go Devils but I just can’t anymore with this team this season.
It appears he's in the lineup. Kid needs to answer the bell if he wants a future in the league. The hit on Siegs especially was dirty. Mcdermid needs to fight Rempe like Probert did Shelley the first time they fought….Probert fought him in each of the 3 periods that night and once in the first period of the next game. And Shelley hadn't even done anything wrong like this rag Rempe.
The year has been painful and this past week added more pain. The relief only comes if the Devs lay a beating on the Rag Dolls.

My dad is a Rags fan…even he doesn't like Rempe…and my dad loves the old time hockey…but he knows the league has changed. He knows Rempe is more trouble than hes worth. That being said, I am expecting an ending much like the Cartman vs. Wendy episode of South Park. Cartman taunted Wendy that entire episode, ran from the fight like a pussy, Wendy eventually didn't care, and eventually kicked the shit out of him. I am expecting Rempe (Cartman) to run like a pussy, and MacDermid (Wendy) to kick the living snot out of him and not care about the repercussions.

I wouldn’t be worried about rempe rn bc you need to check out eck’s channel bc he just harassed the devils when we played the sabres Friday night. It’s not only disrespectful to us, but it’s also inaccurate by praising Tage Thompson.
