  1. I would love to keep the lines the same as last night. In my opinion all combinations worked really well together.
The problem, as I see it, is the team has a "passing the puck" problem. There have been too many blind passes which have led to scoring opportunities and goals against.
Too many soft passes or holding on to the puck for a couple of seconds too long, allowing the other team to easily defend.
    Another great video.
    Thanks Austin.
See you after the game tonight.

  2. I want to not see a lull to start the game. Maybe a line brawl to start the game? My score prediction is 4-2 Oilers. If EDM wins and VAN loses in Regulation we are 3 points back with head to head matchup and a game in hand so things are going to get spicy down the stretch.

  3. That was a terrific game last night, and hopefully the Oil put forth a similar effort against the provincial rivals tonight like you said! Tomorrow's my birthday, and if the captain could get 100 assists as an early birthday present and become the fourth NHL player to do it, that would be absolutely fantastic!!

  4. It's strange seeing folks ragging on you on Twitter for your raw frustration when the Oilers aren't rising to the occasion on the ice. I love these boys but anyone who doesn't experience wild emotional swings while watching this team isn't paying close enough attention.

Anyway, as a random observer, I can confirm that you're consistently fair, thoughtful and informative in your videos and your passion and enthusiasm always comes through. It's honestly funny how night-and-day your YouTube and Twitter personas are, but taken together, I just see someone who cares a lot about this team.

  5. Not sure what the score what will be, but my flyer is… something stupid will happen. Pospisil will be involved, I think he wants out of Calgary.

  6. The Oilers better not let their guard down.
The fLames will not give the Oilers a pass, the fLames will be playing like division champs, they always get up for the OIL…

  7. Teams out of the playoffs always relax and start having fun with the game so we have to take the flames seriously. my call is 5-2 Oil.
