Is it upside down though? Maybe it’s just 00:21 o’clock?
Pull the battery and put it back in at 12.
It is upside down, you just slide it out and reverse it. It’s just sitting in the slot, nothing fancy comes right out. Buttons on the back of the clock to adjust.
Try pulling from the middle
