As an Oilers fan I wanted San Jose to win this draft lottery, they were a very good team in the 2010s and that Oilers Sharks series will always be a warm spot in my mind.
Finally we won the draft lottery!! It's been a rough last few years but we'll be back to league relevancy in no time if we can get Celebrini and another gem in the first round
And this is why the NHL is great. Crappy season, crappy memories, but here is something for them to really enjoy, and potentially lay the ground work for improving in the new season.
This is the first one of these that I've watched where the order didn't change for a single team. There might as well not even have been a lottery. Maybe they actually didn't have one.đ€Ł

NJâs at 10, so we could still trade Marky to them and draft another player at 10.
As a life long sharks fan, I hope Celebrini is the first brick in our rebuild
