Got to give Pasta credit here. He was out of his element, stepped on the ice and immediately dropped the gloves. Stepped up and ate some solid punches. It doesn't matter how it turned out, all that matters is the message that was sent. He didn't cower to Tkachuk and the antagonization. He stood up for himself, respectfully ate the punches, and hopefully showed the Bruins bench what needs to be done to win the series. Hopefully this lights a fire under the Bruins asses. The first period was won because of the physicality. That went away after the first intermission

Ultimately Ktachuk asked pasta and he answered, and I can’t mitigate that, but he got rocked (count all the extras, amen) and the refs hopped on Ktachuk and papa pasta got 2 liver hits then he’s mad for how it panned out. Maybe he’d keep his skates if he fought more than 2 times in 10 years. 🤷🏼♂️
