Adam Fox was the only player I agree with also 50/50 on Mika. He started the playoffs on fire and even had some killer plays vs Carolina but disappeared vs Florida

How can you forget to mention Jacob Trouba???? He also plays a big part of why the Rangers got eliminated, the guy is making 8 million a year, hes a complete waste!!

I think people are underestimating how awful Trouba was. He was responsible for literally 3 out of every 4 panthers goals. He was awful in the Carolina series. You buy him out or trade him. Trade Kakko. Bring in two wingers and a bottom 6 defensemen. Team is right back in the ECF with a chance to win the cup.

Hey, disappointed I am, but at the same time….I'm proud of them. Brought the presidents trophy home. Eliminated DeAngelo and the canes. Put up a halfway decent fight against who I think is gonna win it all, LaFreniere broke out of his shell, looks like we're finally gonna rid ourselves of Kakko, Trocheck is settled in nicely, Chytil and Wheeler proved they are warriors for NY, Shesterkin was his normal incredible self, we landed a fantastic coach, and many other goodies. LETS GO RANGERS!!! I'm ready to forget this season and start fresh with our boys. Nice job guys, we'll get em next year. For sure….
The Rangers lost in 6 games to a team that finished with 4 points less than them! It's not like they were eliminated by the Caps. Florida is probably a more complete team than the Rangers except in net. A couple of bounces and tweaks, and the Rangers could be the ones playing for the Cup. Ranger fans are in full panic mode and it's fun to watch.
I haven’t seen anyone make this comment about the Rangers. Yes, I agree that they lack physical strength to beat a team like Florida. However, it’s now 3 years in a row where they basically hit Empty on the gas tank and were eliminated after leading in a series. This team is not constructed to face the grind of having to win 4 best of 7 series. They were outworked in the Carolina series and managed to escape. The same happened early in the Florida series but they squeaked out 2 OT wins. After that, Florida basically ran over them winning every 3rd period. My point is that the Rangers spent so much time chasing/defending that they eventually ran out of gas. The entire culture will need to change in order for them to see the importance of winning puck battles and controlling puck possession in order to make the other team play defense and wear them down over 6-7 games.
