Agree Hog can stay
How much offense can Podkolzin show when you put him on the 4th line? Maybe give him a chance with some other offensive talents.
Amazing it was just bad luck that Vancouver didn't beat the Oilers, and what a shame that Dallas didn't do more to beat the Oilers, but turns out, depth and goaltending potentially can be beaten by Better Defense and Better Goaltending, and stifling PK and world class PP, and the best players in the world. Could Vancouver beat Dallas with only 10 shots?
Remember that the Oilers had the wisdom to trade "down" to select Draisaitl in the draft, he was ignored by other teams.
Podkolzin needs to improve his skating to be able to be a NHL mainstay regardless of deployment/use.
Hogs needs to play with JTs line next season and evaluated to the trade deadline
Petey worth every penny and definitely not hancuffing management with the huge cap hit. /s
Nashville should have beat the Canucks last if not for Silovs
New Jim same Jimbo moves poor asset management.
If you look at the deployments game to game, you realize that Dallas was only playing with 5 defencemen. They had no faith in Lundqvist, while Hankapaa was hurt.
