  1. As a salty Penguins fan I truly believe that the Islanders can win the Cup this year.

  2. I've said it before and ill say it again, Letang is the BEST weapon for our opponents. We get EXACTLY what we NEED, a goal, :35 seconds in, crowd going bananas, and what's he do, OH NO, We can't have THIS, HERE you go guys, I'll pinch in and give you a 2-1 break going back just a minute later!!! Not that his boneheaded play in Game 1 wasn't enough of a F up, let me just do it AGAIN. Kinda like when we had our foot on the Caps throat in the 3rd period of Game 4 in Washington last year and their fans were hoping them off of the ice and the looks on their faces said they were a beating team, and he HANDED THEM the game tying goal, that got them back into it and lit a spark and they won it in OT. He's made COUNTLESS playoff mistakes over the years at THE WORSE times!!! I know they will NEVER get rid off him, but man would I be glad if they did!!!!!

  3. Congrats to Trotz and his staff…he finally got over the hump with Washington and took that to the Islanders! As a Caps fan, I wish we had given him what he wanted.

  4. The Islanders are a very dangerous team moving forward. Young and fast. Speed kills.

  5. The stars are aligning for a showdown with #91 with a trip to the cup at stake, wouldn't that be a story, wow.who needs Jon boy anyhow…GO ISLES.

  6. So proud of Eberle, he was always one of my fave players in Edmonton. I always thought he was going to be a great big game player, based on his junior career. I'm adopting the Islanders as my team for the playoffs. Go Islanders!

  7. Well, at the very least Tampa getting swept too will take the heat off Pittsburgh. There was just so much expectations from Tampa.

  8. OH MY GOSH YESSSSSSS!!!! Islanders sweep the Penguins I'm so happy for the Islanders yay! Congrats Islanders you're going to the second round I'm so excited!!!!!!!! Let's Go Islanders!! whooooooooooooooo! You did New York Islanders!!! This is for the New York Islanders and Sportsnet. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊

  9. It'll never happen obviously, but this video (and lots of other ones) is proof while I'm a huge fan of the home team winning the game that wins them the series. It's so awkward and sad almost to witness your opponent beating you in your own home. It's not fun for the fans, for the home team and I'd think the winning team…they're happy to win the series for sure, but to win in front of the home crowd makes the series win so much better, more fun etc.

  10. Still miss Fleury, I don't know why nhl cannot keep 2 good goalies in PP, NBA can have millions good players in one team.

  11. Best professional post season sport. Upsets and sweeps coming out like crazy in the 1st round unlike the nfl or nba

  12. You know i believe penguins didn't want to win this year… i dont believe their even trying…
Maybe just a little to make it pass able.
Sidney Crosby sign my nhl rookie card i mean yours… lol😎

  13. I love seeing the Pens lose almost as much as I love watching the Flyers win. Can't wait until next season when the Flyers will be poised to be a Cup contender. All of their prospects now have some seasoning and Hart is the next Carry Price. Giroux, Couturier, Voracek, (all franchise players) JVR, (now that he's healthy again, he'll be a regular 60-75 point player) Patrick, Konecey, Gostisbehere, (all top tier players that are hitting their potential) Provorov (soon to be the best D man in the NHL), Gudas, Hagg, Sennhiem, (all great d men that have some serious up side with hitting and one with great offensive and defense), Hart (probably the best rookie in a long time… I don't care what anyone says. He is going to be one of the best goalies the NHL has ever seen).

That's a nasty lineup. And, there's some talk of Simmonds going back to Philly because he was just a rental for the Preds. And, he didn't sell his property in Philly. Word is, with him being un-restrictive, he's looking to sign with Philly again because it's where he wants to play. And word is, he would take less money to play there. There's a rumor that Johnny Hockey wants to play in Philly too. His mom said in an interview that she would be surprised if he didn't end up playing for the Flyers. That would be a few years away but that's a guy that could take over for Giroux when he ages out. JVR did the same thing. When he was able to play wherever he wanted, he went to Philly because it's his favorite team. I wish hockey players would start doing what some guys are now doing and not go with the largest money offer and go with the team they want to play with. Like Tavares. He went with the Leafs because that's where his heart is. Money had nothing to do with it. It's rare that people ask to be traded out of Philly because it's such a great place to play with some of the best fans in all of sports.

They are due for a Cup. All of their ducks are in a row for them to be the best team in the NHL for 5 or 6 seasons.
