Wild clearly wanted to do it but couldn’t make the money work. hindsight they should have made the money work and traded their first for that year cause at least then the Wild wouldn’t have wasted a pick on Stramel.
Whats even the appetite for Boser anymore, we are overstocked in a lot of areas but little to nothing to move for him. The money stuff is the sams as always because we don't have any for the following year beaides whatever the cap gives us with it going up
At some point the Wild will need to take a risk on an offensive player. Honestly the timing for BB just wasn’t right. The Wild’s SC playoff window should crack open in 2025 and look good for at least 4 years. That’s assuming they keep KK at a respectable cap hit.
