I was at this game and it was a blast. Lots of goofy hockey cause it was all AHL/ECHL (and PTOs) besides Quick. Rangers looked super sloppy but Jeremy still made some awesome saves and I'm so happy to be able to say I was there! If only he got the 30 saves for his dad, would have been INSANE lol
Watching Jeremy was such a breath of fresh air. Such a special night for the Brodeur family. This team had grit, effort and the whole package we have been looking for from the big boys. Pissed I didn’t end up going to the game .

I was cool hearing the Brodeur name over the radio stream.
I didn’t get to watch the game, but I listened and it sounded like it was the best preseason game so far, regardless of winning or losing.

Halonen should've been on a team last season ahead of bums like Nosek and Bastian. And obviously should be on a team instead of Bastian this year. Bastian must be placed on waivers. Labanc should be seriously considered for a league minimum contract.

I liked how they shut down rangers power play, Not only that they had 19 blocked shots!, Bordeur was amazing.

As far as the big club, I said it before, Keefe should have taken these kids to Prague and left the vets in Jersey to continue to practice. Send a message that sub-par effort will not be tolerated.
LOL I mean listening to the announcers elevate this kid to "God" status over mostly routine saves (not saying he didn't look capable) was hysterical. There is a reason he isn't in the league. If his last name were anything else, they wouldn't have talked about him all night.

Definitely a great game…I was very pleasantly surprised. Why they do not call Jeremy up to play in the pros is beyond me…he definitely had more poise than Daws and Allen. He kicked ass last night. I also think they should have hired Dineen as a head coach over the summer. I think the front office really has their head up their ass.
And yes this was total nostalgia. I find it ironic once again, a Broduer faced off against Quick. And this time, Quick was not quick enough. Hopefully, that is some foreshadowing for the regular season/playoffs.
Suck it Rangers! Great seeing guys play with passion. Our NHL boys just went through the motions this preseason. Better come out with some fire Friday…LGD!
