  1. This made me think of 1970 because the Canucks were born, Bobby Orr's iconic goal, Love Story was made, the Kent State Massacre happened and Art Garfunkel belted out Bridge Over Troubled Water. That came true following the Canucks Stanley Cup loss which there were riots there, some female fans doing their Ali MacGraw impressions saying "Love means never having to say you're sorry" and other sad fans playing Bridge Over Troubled Water on the piano.

  2. I watch this video four times a month since it was posted I still get chills remembering the run and that time in my life it's hard not to tear up near the end we were so close and had such a amazing team
We are all canucks go canucks go
    Believe this is our time

  3. I was in a really dark place in the 2011 playoffs and this team saved my life. I’m still so bittersweet that they didn’t win but man this was a hell of a playoff run. 💖

  4. Omg. This make me tear up. This was the best built team in the the NHL during the season. I can`t believe what has happened to them now. Makes me so sad.

  5. This playoff run was one of the best times of my life. Pettersson, brock and bo are going to bring us back here and we'll get that 16th win.

  6. I miss these days. But our current Canucks team is looking great! At this moment in the 2nd round against Vegas!

  7. I remember being in middle school looking at this video and thinking “that was so long ago” now here I am 7 years later watching the same video. It’s my favourite.

  8. This tribute is amazing its one of my favorite things on the internet thank you so much. Let's hope they can get back to that!!!🤞🤞🤞🤞

  9. Hard to remember anything aside from the way the fans shamed the nation.. great run otherwise tho. Absolutely brutal shame, but good run.

  10. wow, amazing video, will always love my city and canucks what a time to be alive!

  11. Imagine how awesome life would be if Obama, the cia, and Garry bettman didn’t rig it for boston.

  12. I just wanted to say that I was around 5 years old when we lost in game 7. Even though I was too young to understand what was going on, I remembered seeing my dad upset for nearly 2 days straight after we lost. If you are reading this comment, I just wanted to know if you watched this game, and what it felt like to see this 2011 team play. Thanks – Evan Peña.

  13. This still hits hard at the beginning of the 2024-25 season. The Canucks would have made another Stanley Cup Final last season if Demko and Boeser was fully healthy
