1. Well would you look at that. The score was exactly half of what I predicted lol. Oilers got outplayed tonight. I'm just happy both my Habs and Oilers both FINALLY had a win in the same day this season

  2. Tho it’s an obvious answer, I think Edmonton needs to start stronger. If we want a chance to beat any good team coming up this season, we need to start strong. One thing I’ve noticed is atleast for this game we didn’t let the lead change affect us as much as it would at the start of the year, that’s a good sign. Loved watching this game tonight, I always tune into your streams or after videos. Much love ❤️

  3. The fights have been turning points every time as a result of being perfectly placed, perfect timing in these games. I think the fights themselves have gone reasonably well too, which I think helps build a bit of a tougher reputation – guys aren't even REALLY doing anything to fully deserve it on the other team but if anything even looks off there's a zero tolerance policy + whether it's the fights themselves or the righteous anger they represent, teams will have to be careful about waking up that monster. I hope as the season goes on, the Oilers will improve on channeling their frustration.

  4. our goaltending has been excellent in the last 3 games, picks played amazing imo especially for a backup

  5. Packard saved this game in the first period, he played sensational, withsomevery timely saves.

  6. Austin. They have played kulak and nurse together several shifts in the past 2 games. I believe this is in order to get them 18-20 mins each and to keep stecher & emberson down around 13-15mins.

  7. I think the best game weve played as a team was the pengiuns game. We just barely won this one. Lets hope we continue to learn and grow from each game. Did draisitil not look super slow this game? I was watching him closely most of the game and he just coasts around a lot.

  8. Just to note, Draisatl was on the ice for the 2 goals against. Yes they won, and I'm glad. Just wanted to make that point. He still comes out +1 for the game! Lol

  9. Another point worth making…The Oilers need to lay the body more. They got out hit again. 11 hits? I know it's a stat that can be subjective, but I'd like to see them a little more physical imo

  10. Austin, would love to hear your analysis on Bouchard overall this game. Despite his goal, I still noticed a number of giveaways and turnovers were from him. Seriously beginning to wonder what's going on there.

  11. totally agreed, no idea why D-pairings got changed, I was fuming at Kulak's loss behind the net right before 1-0 for Red-Wings.

  12. I will take any win, but they played like crap the Frist period. Pickard kept them in that game Go Oilers Go.
