  1. Obviously Jets need both Scoring and Defence. If they lose another game, they should look into the trade market early

  2. Jets need to win not just 1 game but a couple to get out of this slump. Or dominate a very good team. This stretch has been embarrassing for us and them. I get it a very hard road trip, travel + games every 2 days with 1 back to back is insane; but that's the hardest part of the schedule. We need a break; whether it's no practice or a couple days off but just need to regroup and play as a team.

  3. Part of the issue is that the top line, as it's currently constructed, does not work well together at 5-on-5. It was the case last year, as well. You want changes, start with breaking up that top line. If that means moving Scheifele down to the 2C and moving a guy like Nino up, then that's what needs to be done. Gotta change it up, and stop worrying about stroking egos. This franchise is so scared of making the hard, but necessary moves. It's a joke that the Jets didn't really try to re-sign Monahan and then put in no reasonable effort to find a replacement, and hoped that Namestnikov would work out as a 2C. And what do the Jets currently need? A 2C.

  4. I can’t even watch this team play hockey anymore. Have that six foot pylon on the blue line. Throw out an orange pylon instead. Caution floundering team.
