The way players change there's always too many men on the ice, usually they only call it when the puck hits a player coming off and the other guys already in the ice, if you watch closely, players coming off the ice, the other jumps over the boards early, it's just the way it is.
Calgary please get rid of Bahl, he is horrible. He wont move anyone from in front of the crease. This defense will kill the Flames if the goaltending has an off night.
